  8. Watch out for Planet Fitness. They have a tendency to cater to the 'casual' workout person. Not saying its a bad thing, but IMO if you wanna get big, learn from Bobybuilders, Powerlifters, and Strongmen.   14. You are right. I am not ripped. I don't squat 400 lbs. But i also calf press well over 500 lbs for reps, can carry a 55 lb load on my back in uniform and boots over 5 miles in under 1 hour and 10 minutes and yet I have a blown knee. (Army fucks your joints). But I also know with diet change, and even minimal-moderate exercise this guy will cut fat. Do not listen to Jersey shore here. This sounds like a kid with genetics for metaolism from hell. Watch the diet, hit the weights, run, jog or at least walk at a medium pace. Up the water intake. Weight loss will not come without hard work and dedication. It takes sweat, pain, and determination but you can do it man!!!
