Try it with the XL grip. Makes a huge difference IMO. As for a guy at STI, I don't believe I directly have anyone there. Look to be damn nice arms. Honestly that's my biggest bitch about FL; not many ranges have a rental program. Makes trying out before you buy incredibly difficult. J

I'm tossing my opinion in on the S&W M&P .45 Love my damn S&W. I'll be picking up the Bodyguard edition in a .308 or 9mm. I want a pocket piece. J

The Korean born Endocrinologist I saw today didn't seem to know much either. When pressed about the low sodium bit he kind of gave a bs answer. J

No arguments at all with this. I am increasing the fruits and veggies, more water, less soda, less prepackaged crap (meal prep instead), and I've had a few cigs since I switched to the vape, and haven't vaped in over a month. I'm still trying to stay away from the nicotine. I would enjoy a nice cigar though. Maybe next week. Also meds are .125 of Levothyroxine, 30 mins or so later 40 mg (now 20 MG a day as of tomorrow am) Furosemide, 20meq potassium, and a multivitamin at night. J

I'll update with the name soon. 40mg a day for a week; 20mg after. I'm not a fan of taking this crap at all. I also know if I don't take their bs the 'help' I'll receive in preventing this from happening again is minimal. Hopefully tomorrow they just take me off this shit and put me on just a solid diet. J

I honestly agree with everything you've said here. I meet with the endocrinologist this Thursday morning. In the mean time I am taking their water pill (40mg for a week then 20mg for a mth), potassium supplement (which disintegrates INSTANTLY with water), and multivitamin. All on top of the daily 0.125mg thyroid med (I forget the damn name right now). I'm cleaning up the diet now, and making some changes. Hell after class today I'm starting back at the gym, which is long overdue mentally and physically. I'm just frustrated with this 'read sodium on every label' bullshit. J

I only have knife sets because they were both gifts. I haven't spent good money on solid knives due to having a smaller kitchen. I'm honestly trying to push extra cash while in school towards getting ready to buying a home. I'm over renting, and don't have any desire to move from this area. We'll see what happens after I graduate. I'm interested on how this would look/taste anyways. J

I've got a terrific Mexican snuggle buddy, and she does dishes and shit all the time. No problem there. Knife skills need work, and I could use better knives down the line. J

That's a lot to take in on green veggies LOL I'll have to consider these ideas. The salt is my concern. How much sodium would they pick up from the salt water cooking? J

I figured, but after having that question asked 2476 times over my visit, I wanted clarity. Especially since quitting was something I tried for years off an on, with no success. I have tried them off friends plates in a few different 'higher end' restaurants, and from being made by family members who were cooks as well. Its the soft texture combined with the smells for many. Peas and corn are two of the few 'soft' cooked veggies I enjoy. The rest just have a very slimy 'bleh' texture in my opinion. It is always possible I just have never had them made correctly. Granted growing up around restaurants, with numerous friends and family members who are chefs, I don't believe that would be the case. J

Like- Peas, green beans, uncooked carrots, black and red beans, potatoes from time to time (more a starch really), and salad (usually the dole salad mix with no dressing and bacos), peppers and onions are fine cooked into something but in ligher amounts (minus in sauce) Okay with from time to time- asparagus Truly despise- broccoli, brusselsprouts, cooked carrots, parsnips, cabbage, rutabegas, scalloped potatoes not much else is coming to mind ATM Another big bitch in food planning is my hatred for seafood. Like my other truly despised vegetables, it comes down to a taste, texture and smell thing. They are talking lower sodium and watching hydration intake too. Honestly 2000 mg of sodium (or less) a day I think is easily doable. Just gotta quit the prepackaged bullshit and fast food. Considering my love of snacking, failure to plan for meals, and photo schedules there are the difficult parts. All of that is manageable though. I actually want to change. I need to and am tired of being bleh body and mind wise. I went from cigs to the vaporizer (MyBlu) about 7 months ago. Then roughly a month ago I stopped the vape. I won't say I've been perfect since. I've had maybe 7 cigarettes since then. Haven't had much of a craving lately and am trying to keep it that way. J

		Welcome to the IHoP v.2

So for those who don't know (it only ended up on SM as a commentary on socialized medicine) I was admitted into the hospital Tuesday afternoon. My legs were both insanely swollen, and would not go down. My PCP had me go to the VA ER after checking me out at 1320, and not liking my EKG (the PCP on duty is a Cardiologist). That put me there at 1520. ER takes till about 10pm to get me in, and at 0330 puts me into inpatient care. Electrocardiogram was done yesterday afternoon and read today. No signs of congestive heart failure, just some minor rounding. Less sodium, more exercise, watch the liquid intake. Out around 1645 today. Shit food and long ass waits, but no charge.... So my question to you here, what would you guys recommend for low sodium recipes? I need to quit eating out so much, and eating so much prepackaged bullshit, and I despise most vegetables. J

Had to get a new external HDD yesterday as my usual one was full. 4TB (pre-formatted for Mac with USB-C) from WD for 119 plus tax. No wait at Worst Buy. Makes editing a touch faster as it reads and writes at higher speeds. I also show three metric fuck tons of photos Saturday. Boxing is brutal on a shutter. J

Mine's low as hell too but in the 'normal' range.....which covers 15-85 year old men....I've asked to be re-tested so I can finally see endocrinology; nope. And people want Government controlled health care? GFTO with that bullshit. Back home nothing was a big deal besides hunting and redneckery. No wrestling, soccer was a way to pass time, no football either. Nobody juiced...mainly because none of us knew people who had it. I take as much time with Eva aka The Muppet (and about 150 other nicknames) as I can. She's a great dog. J

Part of the therapy is grooming, and walking them. Even beyond the ride, there is a bond and therapeutic effects that can be achieved. With you having knowledge of them first hand, then you know what I mean. As for juicing....that's all you bro. Missing the dog is definitely to be expected. My pup is 9 now, and she's starting to show bits of aging signs. She needs to have her teeth cleaned and while she's asleep for that they need to remove a few growths. Considering how often she seems 'tired', I'm worried about how they are going to turn out. I still make sure she gets as much love and time as I can give her, and little treats all the time. She's literally the reason I am sitting here writing this to you now. J

I am. Already learning about the supercharged 5.0 Ford 302's are in there. What else should I know besides parts being hit an miss? Why do you say the name is not Ferrari? J

		Welcome to the IHoP v.2

So I was looking at SUV's tonight, and found an 98 Ferrari Laforza for sale locally. Starting bid is 1000. I don't know why, but something is telling me if it's down to 36 hrs and under 1500 it might be fun to have. Especially if it checks out when I go look at it. I think it's just the idea of two things: - Owning a Ferrari (even if only in name only) has always been a goal - It has a semi beat interior and paint; making changing it not only a 'need' but making the idea of doing whatever I want easier to do. J
