Welcome to the IHoP
I'm working on getting back into College so I can get my degree. Its not going as quickly as I had hoped. The problem with my job is how the leadership hierarchy is set up. We have one of the worst examples of a sewing circle and favoritism I have ever even heard of. I am anxious to get out, but honestly job security is a big thing for me. Until I have my degree, I have zero serious plans of leaving. J

Great gym exercise - punching people in the face!
that is the best! The ones that get me are the posers and fashion gurus. Guys that stand around looking at themselves in all the mirrors but yet don't do a thing but walk around in their current fashion statement drinking some gourmet bottled water! The mirror jockeys are the 2nd worst. Especially since they love to syand in the loading zone (approx 2-3 ft from the dumbell racks) The worst by far (sorry if I named someone else #1 before) is the people who take like 7 pieces of equipment (ez curl bars, cable machines, etc) and work rotating sets between them and 2 or 3 other people and wont let anyone work in. Seriously learn to share the shit, or find a new routine. You claim u been workin out hard for 10 years and I never see you move any SERIOUS weight. J

Hence why I work 2 jobs. I don't enjoy 50-60hr weeks for my health, although it does cut down on time I'm bored. If I take off the time I get for lunch in a week I am doing 51 hrs a week here. Including lunch its 60. 6 days a week. But it makes it so I enjoy my time off. Now if my body clock will quit fucking up and let me go to sleep at a good time. J

New favorite.........girls who go with a guy to flirt with him and try and get his dick without seeming like a wh0re. While your spending 20 minutes doing fucked up tricep pullbacks with a 10 lb dumbell, there is someone who needed that bench woman. Go to his chu and rip it out of his shorts. He won't mind ur forwardness. I promise. J

Welcome to the IHoP
i've spent the last 5 years working with mostly women... <<<whats the emoticon for face palm... ohhh its doh Yea we are close to a 50/50 men to woman or in my words 20/80 adults to children. We dont have the 50/50 but the 20/80 we definatly have out here. And the 80 love playing 'favorites' like its elementary all over again. J

Welcome to the IHoP
my only experience with unions has been what i've heard from my dad. he's kind of an interesting guy in terms of politics, he would probably agree with alot of the opinions made by M5 (socially liberal, fiscal conservative) but less educated haha... besides being an active union member. i cant put a number on it but i would have to say his experience with the union has been a bit more positive then yours. i wont go into details and shit but it seems personal opinions/observations are sometime a bit more subjective. The liberal media has a way of helping young undecideds lean the wrong way. i think the problem is that the media is complete shit and most young people dont educate themselves. but like i said my view of unions has mostly been in favor of them due to my dad's relatively positive experience. i think alot of support is based on the past success of unions. they now tend to assume that they need to exist in order keep a balance. so i guess the debate is whether or not cooperations would/do take advantage of non-union workers? I will agree the media is complete shit. The learning curve of educating yourself is now much different than it used to be. There are so many different ways of obtaining knowledge on politics and finding your beliefs it has become obsurd. Its not like it used to be........ J

Extending power and ground wires?
That is dangerous ? I'd better use a fuse instead of the distribution block ? Sorry OP If there is no fuse(s) already in place then a distro block is not a good thing. I would certainly use a fuse by the battery at the minimum. J

I had a point-n-shoot kodak 4 years ago and the video was just fine. Was it real 'DVD' quality? No, but did it get the point across pretty damn well for under 200? Sure did. J

Welcome to the IHoP
No but I've used numerous Kodak's with no problems. At that price it seems worth it to me. J
