Are you high? Or do you consider 2 or 3 db difference to be 'not too far off'? There is a HUGE difference between the kick and the windshield in 90% of vehicles. And they headrest may be 'harder' but I have seen ample people who can do amazing numbers at both locations. Point here is I prefer the dash, you prefer the headrest. Everyone has their idealistic spots and ways to measure, and to each their own. J

Well considering 'at the headrest' is done on the PASSENGER seat that wouldn't be what YOU (the vehicle owner) consider reality but what your PASSENGERS consider reality. I prefer dash because it is widely considered to be the accepted standard, and it is a more rigid standard than seat.

The only time I have ever been TRULY happy was when I pulled a 145.1 and beat a guy with a wall. 4 iCON's, one generic Kinetic up front, a Sundown 3k, no sound deadener, and no alt or big 3. Spanked him good, and got the trophy. Other than that..............my scores have not impressed me. J
