The hanging leg raises will help some with midsection size loss. The same can be said with any abdominal exercise. Honestly the key here is going to be cardio. Get the heart rate up, keep it up, and when mixed with proper diet, the midsection will shrink. Granted the question is with you loosing 100 lbs, is it 'fat' or extra skin? Extra skin honestly needs to be cut off. The skin is like an elastic band. It can only grow so much, and still 'bounce back'. J

Dead link now.J From everything I have read on it the only negatives are the MIL spec trigger and no forward assist. It is the MMR AR platform. Keep the star chamber clean, and use good lubericant on it (frog lube is fuckin amazing), and change the trigger and it should be ok then. J

I scored too. Local Wally World had UMC .40 box of 250 for $93. I bought the 2 boxes they had on the shelf. Sure, not the best ammo, but it shoots and it will work for practice. Same ammo I got, 9mm was $55 for 250 rounds. Got my son 4 boxes so he can shoot his new piece in. I need to see if they still stock handgun ammo in ours. I could use some cheap brass for my .45 S&W. I miss hitting the range. J
