Not quite. I was as well. Chicago decimated Tampa the third period. The Lightning couldn't keep the puck out of their zone to save their asses. If they could have held the pressure they opened the game with it may have ended differently. Saturday should be one hell of a game. J

So having it fully detailed once and then once a month or so follow ups are worthless? Just let it go and never do shit? What is the sweet spot?JWhy bother with the detail if it'll look like crap shortly thereafter. Sweet spot is upkeep and in your climate that is easy. If you aren't that type, I'd just get in good with a full service car wash and get her clean. Couple times a year clay bar, polish and seal and call it good. No tools needed.Whats the sweet spot on cost on the couple times a year? Also is the rate of tip on the same scale of that in a resturant, or higher?I may need to go to a good car show and see a shops work.JIt is really hard on your paint to correct it all the time, you should instead correct it once and keep it corrected. In winter states that is damn near impossible.I am having a hard time understanding. You don't care enough daily to take care of the car, but you'd pay a few times a year?As for how often to wash, the better question is how fast do you get it dirty. Clay/Polish/Seal 2x a year in FL would be plenty IF you don't rub your car a lot in the washing/cleaning the rest of the year. Rubbing on paint is HARD on it.It's honestly more of a time and priorities thing for me. I find that homework, sleep, going to the beach or gym, going to class, studying, wrestling, and time with loved ones trumps time to wash the truck. I would like to find someone to get it right, and then at prioritize a way to keep up with it much better than I have in the past. J

I maintain the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. Oil changes every 5k (as Toyota suggests), new tires before absolutely necessary and rotated regularly, new wipers somewhat often, injctor cleaner/octane booster at least three times between oil changes, and never less than 89 octane gas. The paint I haven't been so nice to, and I know the interior is neglected as well. As I have quit smoking (I have only used my vaporizor sparingly since my last Cig in March) I still notice a slight stench of stale smoke in my truck. While air fresheners mask the scent, it doesn't fix it. The pain has scratches and dents. Arizona bushes and taking the truck out to the field to do shit for my joes took its toll on the paint. Also, where I am we get at least 30 mins to 5 hours of decent to heavy rain almost daily from now to about mid July. So for now washing is damn near futile. J

Yes. Is there a reason I cannot hard wire the new one? If you do hard wire even if you have 4 wires in your conduit if its 4 it will be 2 black 1 white and a green...Two black are hot legs,"white will be neutral used in 110-120 situations with is not the case so put a wire nut on it and a good wrap or two of black tape" and green will be your ground..Massive difference in power usage. Massive difference in power options. J

Random question, what should I look for in a detailer, and what is a 'fair' price? Looking at a wash, clay barring, and a good wax. Plus the interior. While it has been 'washed' a few times recently, she hasn't had a good thourough detailing aince I moved. J

Why? Its whatever new version of gorilla glass is isn't it?Sure it is, but still isn't unbreakable. Non-glass screen savers SUCK I've never broken a screen and I gave up on screen protectors a few years ago. My current phone has a sapphire screen though and haven't had an issue. You have a Kyocera? I've been in the three plants that could have made those screens...You also carry yours in a big ass Otterbox as well don't you? I am a caseless guy and the thing to protect with no case is the screen. I've never used a screen protector before either as they look like shit. The glass ones however don't and will solve my biggest concern. You also seem to be less accident prone than the rest of us. J

Had an otterbox on my old iphone, it definetley protects the phone but is bulky... i took it off my iphone and about 3 weeks later my screen was broke. I have a commuter series for my g3..I have the defender on my iPhone. J Nice little case! I got that for a couple of family members when I got their G3's...Was only $29.99 each compared to 59.99 for my commuter series..What is crazy the defender series I liked better looked more durable then my $60.00 one.It is. The durability, ruggedness, and stability is at a much higher standard than the commuter. J

Damn this week has been dragging ass. It seems like the summer semester professors are very unfamiliar with the online portion of their classes. Add in the lack of a real sylibus and it makes me scratch the shit out of my head. J

An adjustable base will be when I replace the king sized bed. This is just for the current situation, where the bed will become the guest room bed. J

There is a crazy ass squall line of storm moving across the southeast.. Stretching from Oklahoma to deep in the gulf of Mexico off the Texas coast...I was thinking AZ or NV.Have you been to either? I couldn't think of a worse place to live than NV...California?HELL FUCKING NO!Only thing good about Cali is the little beach slutter gutters...you have obviously never spoken to any of themYou really want to fucking do me like that? You may want to re-think your options you know that...B.S, bro!!Thank you for confirming it. Too bad you misunderstood my point. The reason California sucks isn't California, its the Californians. Add to that of course that generally they aren't even good looking and it just makes your comment more amusing. My office is in Orange County. I avoid it like the plague. My colleagues from there when they visit here are always shocked at how beautiful the women are and that they don't suck to talk to.After the ex-wife California girls are a no go. If I was still single I would be jonesing for a visit to MN with what you have said about the women up there over the past. J

All jokes aside, I am trying to convince the ol lady we need a new bed. The full size we have now (can't fit my king in here unless we want NOTHING else in the room) is a hand down bed. i know the damn thing is iver 8 years old. I looked at the Serta cool gel memory foam mattress and it was comfy but I am wondering how much better it could get. When we move again the full will be the guest bed again, so I don't want to spend thousands, but I need something better than what we have now. J PM me if you need a hook up. We have stores down there I think. In a month or so I might just do that. We need to take a day and go bed shopping first. What brands do you guys sell and what is the name of the store? J

Car Audio Shop
Same here. I do agree that most of the employees are uneducated, and do often present themselves as uneducated. On that note, some of these B&M shops is how you find treasures. Hell if I hadn't just lost my job I would of held on to a few more of the amps I flipped on eBay. J
