Welcome to the IHoP v.2
The third pic shown in the top post. The black with the (looks like) brushed aluminum wheels. Those look pretty damn nice IMO.JThanks for picking the $800 wheels (that is each not a set). Regrettably I like them in descending order of price. Aargh.Much like yourself, I seem to have expensive taste. You unlike me, have the salary to afford such a taste.I have champange tastes on a discount whiskey budget. The reason I can afford it is because I am too cheap to do so though. Want/need and will spend are very different in my life. They are VERY different. I look at all three on any major purchase. Hell its why I haven't picked up another bass yet. I want a custom fretless Dean jazz bass. I don't need a new bass right now I can afford to wait.

Wtf? How did it get away from you?#1 the system fucked me somehow.#2 I entrusted my assistant manager. It's. Combination of these things. Thankfully a lot of it was, short one thing and over another. I called my boss and let him know ASAP, he wasn't happy but understood as a bunch of it was these discontinued items that have been seriously fucking up my life. I also got it down to a little less than 2 pages in the end. I was able to track down errors. My new Assistant is brilliant at inventory, that's how we caught the errors. He also has the flu, so when I double and triple checked the work we found he had confused numbers or didn't know about something weird. #3 my warehouse fucked me bad. They skipped an invintory truck and still finalized it as if I got it. Jesus man. Sounds like the system is hating your ass. J Kind of, but Fuck 'em. I'm in the absolute top of the rankings in general and I'm training new management or getting more from existing staff than anyone. I manned up and took responsibility. No one's fault but my own, I should have watched my last assistant better. I made the assumption that a 60 year old with 20+ years in the biz was ready to handle it. You handled it the best way possible man. I am sure not only is your boss proud of you, he respects you more for having the balls to admit your mistake. J Indeed. I never come down on someone for a mistake in the past (as long as they learn for the future) but I will surely come down like hell on someone if they hide a mistake in the past from me.The best types of leaders mentor, and are down there doing work with their employees. The worst ones don't say shit, just keep driving them with no understanding that shit happens. J

Why would you do that? It's my job. That didn't answer the question really. More seriously yikes. What type of answer would you rather? It's the way my brain is hardwired. There was a call for staff to the max unit, so I run to help. No way I can sit back if there's a possibility one of may friends may be hurt or needs help. I work the segregation unit, so I'm primary responder for everywhere in the jail, as it's easiest for us to lock our unit down and run. Not to tout my own horn, but generally I'm the first one up and running when a call for help comes across the radio. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if someone did get hurt and I had sat back and not helped. I don't think anyone here knew you worked in a jail/lockup/prison.So your description made little to no sense. Ah. I thought most did. I know I've mentioned it before. Sorry for the confusion. I was not aware either. Pepper bombs from hell aside, how do you like that line of work? J

Take him. Its worth the lack of sleep or having to call in for a day. J

How old is he? If he's over 13 he will remember this for the rest of his life, and have some great stories to tell at school. If not, then I wouldn't bother. J

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
Rims & Paint are hideous, but the car is generally gorgeous and I am sure a wreck. Love to see someone plop that body onto an AWD American V8 chassis of some sort.Sorry but I can think of MUCH better uses for 50k than a 10 year old car that will not gain value. J

Sounds like he was a very bright guy just from reading the comments. He must of had a great passion for the art to still be tatt'ing at that age. Looks like you have an excuse to come visit now atleast. Looks like the guy Mike at The Underground in Olean, NY had as a guest for a few weeks back when I was a teenager. If so, one hell of a guy. Sorry to hear of his passing. J

Its speer gold dot hollow-point.. sales rep reccomended them Not a horrid deal, but before buying ammo, research what has the best test results for your particular firearm. The round that works great in a S&W may not fire as well in a Glock. J

Not bad at all. I don't know if I would pay 400 for it, but it is nice. I love the feel of a flat board, but painted frets. J I dig my BIL's 5 string bass. Being a lefty I learned to play up side down and backwards due to everyone's shit being right handed. I think If I started playing again it would be to learn the piano. Very nice. Had I known as a kid what a talent the piano would be, I would have kept up with it. J

Also on the 10mm round question; loved how it fired, the Glock was easy cleaning, and it packs some serious knockdown power (issued as a fucking Polar bear gun). Down side was the cost of the round. That's it. J

Desperate need of some help
I would do that If I had another sub that was working... the mayhem has bad coils and the Zv4 had burned leads so I need to recone them both. I used an Alpine sub free air that my friend had and the voltage drop to low 14s at 2 ohm which still doesnt seem right. Possibl you damaged the amp when you bbq'd the mayhem. J The mayhem probably broke from clipping... how could the amp be damaged from that.Google it young grasshopper. You will find the droids you are looking for. J

I had a para 1911. Was not a fan of it due to the weight. Felt off balance with anything over or under a half mag.J I feel that way with any high cap pistol, what do you think about polymer pistols. My XDm changes a bunch. I appreciate the feel and the way they carry, but condiering my glock 10mm held the same number of rounds as my 1911 para .45, I didn't care for the para at all. J
