  1. And there is no way in hell the DD is 33mm one way linear. There is barely that much distance on the spider landing.
  2. The sa sub has a great deal more linear excursion. A ported 8 never makes sense when you have room for a larger OD sub bc of port length. Due to the necessary port area for the given box volume an enclosure for an 8 almost always ends up being larger than an enclosure for a 10
  3. Ralph Guilles said that it only costs ~15 bucks more to do the interior on a Ferrari vs their other vehicles.
  4. Coming from a ML, the sequoia drives like a truck.
  5. Looks like it could be fun to try, but I wouldn't drop 17 k on it.J Not a bad price when you consider a McMillan will set you back about 15
  6. All you need is a dmm and test tones to set it.
  7. Boudreaux's butt paste
  8. The box is going to have roughly a 4th order roll off as well. It takes a lot to damage a high damped driver below tuning. There are plenty of subs out there that take 1,500-3,000 watts to hit xmech free air on a Klippel and show no signs of damage.
  9. If the spider has came in glued from the former then yes it will clap. You can play it free air on low power to verify.
  10. The rated power is thermal not mechanical.
  11. I think there is a crescendo 2k for sale there at the moment.
  12. ^ That the cap is worthless. If you are tight on cash look into purchasing wiring from Knu Conceptz.
  13. I don't want anything that permanentIt wouldn't be all you would need would be the dash trim to go back to factory which is a few hundred bucks.
  14. There are some badass digital USB antennas for tv also. I have one for my netbook that works through my hotspot and or antenna
  15. I've got it on my new all in one and it is a pain in the ass. Do you know of any way to open a PDF like normal. I have not been able to get the program to operate like normal instead of an "app". I can't for the like of me minimize it. The only way to swap to a different tab or program is to close the file. And I can't figure out how to have two PDFs open at the same time.
  16. . Definatly agree there. I guess you haven't tried windows 8 yet. Now that is a major cluster fuck trying to go back and forth and opening programs. Doesn't google have some nice smallish laptops?
  17. I use a meter in the field that basically measures the resistance of the metal. I'm not sure how you would be able to tell without bringing it to a jeweler.
  18. I wouldn't get an iPad to type on. I personally do not like apples word processor either so is stick with an ultra book. I bought a cheap HP netbook 3 years ago for work due to the fact it is tiny and it works extremely well on the go. I can get about 4 hours of continuous web browsing out of a charge.
  19. You can figure no more than a quarter at the most of the going rate of gold. Along with grain I also deal in bulk minerals and bulk metal and rare earth metals. Removing the impurities is and expensive process. Your chain is only about 58.5 percent gold. Then you have to factor in profit. The gold burr will need to make a profit and the refinery will also need to make a profit. Gold may be 1,600 an ounce but the refinery may only pay the gold buyer 800 due to the fact they will have to refine it and then also be able to sell it to make a profit. If they pay market price then they wouldn't be able to make a profit.
  20. Why was a 100 amp fuse being used on 4 gauge in the first place.
  21. I'm in the process of making a users manual for the Ethos line. In the process of gathering all the technical information I tend to leave out the obvious. So help me out by listing everything, no matter how obvious, that you would like to see in the users manual. THANKS
  22. Like the use of plexi by the side doors
  23. Specials are the name of the particular cigar from the brand, in Spanish of course. I don't smoke either but they sure do smell good. I have been told by friends that they have a hint of chocolate flavor.
  24. I've got a box from a certain central American country. They sure are something "special".
  25. Still dirty from smoking a little bacon and butts last week. It's roughly 7 feet long and 36 inches in diameter
