  1. You didn't unplug the vehicle speed sensor while you were fooling around there did you?
  2. Sub in above videos is an 18 in a 5 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hertz with around 1,500 watts.
  3. I've got a lot of samples coming in with the production run of this driver. You'll just have to wait till Christmas.
  4. short videos done with iphone. I'll get some better ones with a Nikon when I get the sub back.
  5. I normally go the slipper once a month for some crabs. Once I get everything situated I'll give you a shout.
  6. The OD is roughly 82mm. It uses 19 gauge pure copper wire.
  7. No, I just had it throw in an extra box I had laying around the shop. If I have time I'll take a video before I ship it off
  8. Got to test the motor today coned to a 18. Had it in a 5 cubic foot enclosure tuned to 32 hertz. Using my FEA program to calculate parameters that box should be giving me an f3 of around 28 hertz. Sub was powered by two strapped IA 20.1's. Sub sounded pretty good so I'll be sending it off to be measured on a Klippel Analyzer on Friday. I however wasn't thrilled with the durability of the black finish so I'll more than likely use a chrome finish or a black chrome finish
  9. No, no trades. Not sure you would have to contact Fi for a recone.
  10. I've used the knu one's and some were fine and others weren't machined correctly. Streetwires makes some good ones but theyre not cheap. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_15895_StreetWires-PRI0.html
  11. $450 shipped OBO. Sub has been installed in a box to verify everything is mechanically fine.
  12. First a little back ground info. 5' 3" with weight fluctuating between 150 and 160. Fat content normally between 10 and 15 percent. I have an auto immune disorder called Lupus so I workout 5 to six days a week, eat extremely heathy, and get blood work done every 6 weeks. I've used BSN cellmass for years and my creatine levels were always around .90 mg/dl. For the past two months I've been using Six Star Nitrition creatine x ^3 from walmart and after a 16 hour fasting blood work my creatine level was 1.17 mg/dl. For reference the lab references normal levels between .63 and 1.13. I can't really say I've gained any weight from it because I've been taking 200 mg of Megace for the past few weeks due to a rapid weight loss I encountered due to the Lupus. But u can say that I don't get that bloated feeling I used to with the cell mass. But according to the bloodwork I do have an increase of creatine in my system compared to the cellmass.
  13. Entertaining offers. Let me know what it's worth to you.
  14. No, 3 inch (76.657mm) id. A 4" coil would be too heavy for this application. The 3 inch pure copper put the moving mass just right and offers plenty enough thermal capability.
  15. It's gonna use a 4 later flat wire coil (see coil thread) motor force should be in the neighborhood of 150-200. So it's a pretty beefy sub. Qtc will be around .5 give or take a little depending on the size. I designed it so that it will work well in both sealed and ported. All the alignments that I recommend will be bb4 ported alignments with a f3 in the low 30's or high 20's depending on the size. power rating should be around 1,250-1,500 rms but I'll wait for proper klippel power testing to release that. prices are still tentative but should be within 10 bucks give or take: 10" $313 12" $320 15'' $329 18" $346 As long as the T/S parameters come back as expected and I don't have to do any design change on the motor I'm expecting the first run for Christmas.
  16. I didn't have much time to fool with it so I just took some quick pics with the iphone. For size reference, 18 inch basket and 10 inch basket Once I get it together and broke in I have to send it to Arizona to put on a Klippel analyzer to verify parameters and to do AES power rating on it.
  17. A few weeks ago. All the drivers and what not are going through DSS, so I'll no longer be using "Audibel Customs" Whenever Aaron gets time he's gonna transfer everything to the manufacturer's section.
  18. Audiovox makes nice units http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_22638_Audiovox-CMOS2.html
