  1. If you need a box hit me up for a quote.
  2. So their name is not Pinnacle Acoustics
  3. Is that the name of the company or speaker line? The IRS has already approved my EIN, so I would assume no one esle is legally using the name.
  4. I hate to tell you but that is a dust cap. What do you think the voice coil is attached to? And how do you plan on shimming the coil when you glue it?
  5. Don't mess with you will have to remove the dust cap to properly align the coil, contact parts express.
  6. I've been working nights I'll get a bunch more along with the removeable steel battery and amp rack I am working on
  7. I figured I better test and see if it fits in the car before I too too much work to it. Mind the filthiness it's my DD and it's covered in soybean meal dust. I'm going to reclain this piece of plexi and use it for the back of the enclosure.
  8. The OP stated he wanted to save space. So let's assume he wants an enclosure built will be spec's recomended by the manufacturer. A rms power rating should coinside with the recomended enclosure size stated by the manufacturer. And if the rms rating is in fact a rms thermal raing and not rating to reach xmax at the specified enclosure size then that needs to be stated.
  9. if you loved the bl 15's why not get two bl 12's?
  10. I assume he already has an amp?
  11. Tuning to 32 hertz will achieve the "lows" in most cases hower, It is also dependant on the sub and size of the enclosure. I have modeled and bilt plenty of enclosures tuned to 32 hertz because that is what people HAD to have. However modeling showed a -3db rolloff around 35 herts. This is not taking in to account the environment in which the enclosure is located in. In my personal vehicles with moddest bass that is designed to accually listen to and not just hear, I will tune around 26 hertz depending on the set up so I can achieve a flat curve with a -3db rolloff around 27-28 hertz. Again this is based on modeling software which cannot take into account the environment the enclosure will be in.
  12. I would go with a SSA Icon In a 2.25 cubic foot enclosure tuned around 30-32 hertz
  13. It's been a while but i think it was 2.5 to 3 cubes tuned to 28-32 hertz
  14. hearing loss doesn't have to be painfull. Pain is normally associated with pressure on the ear drum. Once the nerve endings inside the coclear are damaged from "over working" they are non repairable. The only solution is to go straight to the brain. See the above pics
  15. I'll just buy one of these
  16. un hook the invertor, run an extension cord from your house to the sub/amp, if the noise goes away it's the invertor
  17. I have one but never have time off, have you checked with Mike's in BR. I know Mobile One and Car Audio Connection does not offer metering
  18. The factory amp under the rear deck has rca inputs? Are you sure you have a good ground and not grounding through the rca's?
  19. a really big effing bucket 53 cubic yards or 29 tons per grab
