  1. That's my old lady. I do a little sculptural work too.
  2. make sure you are compensating for any material thickness between your sub and the double baffle, and you will want to brace the bottom(port wall) of the enclosure so it doesn't flex
  3. the only two wires that should be affected by the headlights are the dimmer and illuminations wirres. Both orange on your radio harness. Disconnect both and see if it fixes the problem.
  4. A spl /daily banger oriented sub we are working on
  5. It's just a little something for myself. It's going in my Matrix, with the back seats folded down.
  6. a couple layers of cabosil and resin and the ports looking a little better
  7. the back of the enclosure will be 1'' plexi so the inside can be seen
  8. once you make the decision to do it post a build log so people can help with the design of the enclosure
  9. yep, rough figures in my head you will end up with around 1.8 to 2 cubic feet net after sub and port displacement.
  10. that's 2.4 cubic feet per sub externally. I don't see why you couldn't make it happen
  11. common chamber dual 15 11 net cubic feet 175" of port tuned to 38 hertz It's in rough shape right now. It will take me a while to finish so i'll update it once or twice a week
