  1. check each sub and make sure the coils are not out of phase from each other
  2. Something is not wired correctly or something is broken. That amp with the gain all the way up at 1 ohm should sling those subs out the box. Even at 4ohms the subs should move a good bit.
  3. make sure you face the subs up.
  4. How much room do you have?
  5. I am nowhere near Tampa but I'll help as much as possible. Are you going to build the enclosure yourself? I am guessing the sub is going behind the seat. How much room do you have?
  6. What does EVERYTHING include? headunit, wiring, subs, box, bass amp, highs, highs amp, battery. The measurements of the trunk is that the internal demensions of the trunk or will that slide through the trunk opening?
  7. The mustang had the same exact problem, but it only did it sometimes not all the time and sometimes the windows wouldn't even work at all.
  8. yea on the mustang while the car was running if you turned the key untill it was almost to the off position the accessories would turn on in the car but if you just cranked it and let go nothing would turn on.
  9. I have been looking for some pics of a buddy of mine's super coupe. He had a retarted install in it. I never saw it finished but it had like six thousand hours of labor in it. He built the "packed rat" for Prestige Customs in New Orleans. Everytime I see your avatar I think of his car. If you ever watch Unique whips he was the guy from New Orleans that worked there for a few days till he told Will Casrto he did chitty work. LOL
  10. On his mustang if you wiggled the key forward and back with the car running, (just a bit not enough to kill it) his accesories in the car wouldn't work. Meter the acc and constant wires at your HU while wiggle your key and see if you loose voltage.
  11. it's not nice to tease people without pics
  12. I recall correctly the thunderbird has the same ignition as the Mustang. The headunit may have been opening and closing because it was gaining and loosing power. The Mustang I just finished had the same exact problem, the customer said it is a normal happening with those cars. He said a new ignition with keys was like 35 bucks. This could be your problem?
  13. the same color as the car. It's the 2009 lexus IS-F pearl white with 35% more pearl than the factory color.
  14. Jvc 600 $140 retail usb connection on the face. Everything from there on up has built in Ipod
  15. I do believe it might look half-way decent when it's finished. If Audison would ever send my amp so I can finish the other side.
  16. coming out ofthe turns the car flexes and the front left lifts so much you can't see the track over the fender. It's definatly a rush.
  17. About 65 in the turns and 100-110 in the straights. This was a practice day. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...ideoid=33293406
  18. The shop's just a 35'x35' metal building at home. I own 140 acres and my house is located almost dead center of the property. I managed a Mobile One Auto Sound location for about 3 1/2 years until Katrina came through. I actually only do car audio part time. My father owns a large tractor service. He maintains all the gas lines for Southern Natural Gas in Mississippi. I think it is around 1200 miles of right-a-way. And I have a contract to maintain 368 miles of right-a-way that spiders off from Interstate 12 between Baton Rouge and Mississippi/Louisiana boarder. Although I love doing installs it's just not as profitable as the $900 a mile I profit off the gas lines. But even though I do most of my install work from home I am well respected by the Manufacture's reps in my area. My home address and cell phone number is listed under Kicker's website under zip 70437. Not many people would have been able to pull that off.
  19. Folsom, about 12 miles north of Mandeville/Covington
  20. yea when this one is finished, we are putting 3 21's in his chevy pickup, after that another high-end install is going in his 2008 Porsche carrera 911 4s. I am trying to get all of them ready for scrappin the coast in the end of June.
  21. Is it a sealed enclosure?
  22. personally I just like to look at systems. Throw up more pics.
  23. what's the front look like?
  24. I'd like to see some pics of the install
