I assume you are inverting the subs. Be carefull using those ravages in the baffle to center the subs. The surround is never perfectly center of the basket.

Son of a good god. You should be dead at 400. Seroquel is a schizophrenic medication that has sedation properties. At 50 mg the sedation is mild enough that you can wake up during the night if startled. The sleep induced isn't like a sleeping pill. I have shift work syndrome and have taking all kinda of sleeping pills. The best way I can describe it is like being sedated by a dr for surgery. For the first few nights I took it I didn't even know I had slept but I woke up refreshed. Kinda like a drunken black out that's refreshing. And it works much better than a depression pill as well. I'm noticeable calmer when I take them.

Get your dr to prescribe Seroquel. Yes it's for crazy people but trust me 50mg right before bedtime works miracle. After a week or so you can tell a huge difference in stress/nerves. And sedation is a side effect. Will make you sleep like a baby for 8 hrs or so. Even with the knee pain ( I have arthritis in both mine)
