We are in the best school district in the state, one block from the elementary school, 10min from downtown, <20min from the airport, right next to my wives place of employment and everything else is further away. If we traded our house even up for a lake front house it would be >1hr from downtown, in one of the worst school districts in MN, have shitty lake front, and would generally be surrounded by serious bullshit. The only options on the bay where I live that free up whatever I want start around $2M for 1800sq ft and considering we have 5000 now and that is more than double it isn't possible. I hear you. I'm 30 minutes form the nearest wallmart. And my kids will NEVER go to public school. I understand not wanting Bubba with his 1984 pickup changing his engine in view of the neighbors. But a snowmobile trailer? That's a little ridiculous for someone to bitch about.

I'd be very surprised if he's running it at full output. The Ethos are only rated at 1,800 rms.
