What could cause "rumble"? and is it fixable?

So, I was going to upgrade my system soon. And I am going to get two 15" subs. So here are some of the ones I was looking at that were in my immediate price range. Cerwin Vega VMAX 15.4 Fi SSD15 Rockford Fosgate P3D415 Alpine SWR-1522D So out of those, which set would you all recommend the most? If you know of any other ones please feel free to inform me about them. Thanks ~MadroX

I did some work on the amp..... It wasnt clipping because it does that little flex thing even when the music is paused. I turned down the gain and the lpf and it stopped doing that. Now that I got that fixed I just want to know why it was doing that. Thanks in advance ~MadroX

My budget for Subs is probably between $300-$500 the budget for an amp is probably the same as well. So $1000 total. I want something that hits pretty hard. I live in a small town in Tennessee. So there aren't that many different Sub and amp applications around here. Mostly JL, Memphis, MTX, and Sony Xplod(Yuck!). I found some Cerwin Vega 15"s I liked. But I am not sure.

I got 12" Jensen hooked up on a Lanzar Vibe276 and for some reason it is continuously popping. The sub pushes out like it's playing a 1 hz test or something. Someone told me it was clipping but I am not sure. Any Ideas. Thanks ~Thomas

I am getting two 600w rms 4ohm subs and I am getting a mono amp. I was wondering If I wired both subs together into the amp, How would the power be split to goto each sub. Also Would it drop the impedance to 2ohms. So if it did that would I have to get DVC subs? So, for two 600w rms subs single or dual voice coil subs, what would be a good mono amplifier to use to push them to the full 600 watts. Thanks ~Thomas
