i am not comfortable paying $2000 for any brazilian amp so it is a no for me i would prefer T40001BD or Atomic 5000 or 7000 or sound stream 6500 or 10,000 or 2 x 3000 sundowns or 5750.1 d RD i would work with anything above before brazil i sold guns for 10 years Taurus from brazil garbage

How has that amp been and do you feel it is putting out ratted power? from my understanding the civic is stock alt , stock under hood battery i would only be guessing to answer your ? about it doing rated power but on the part were your asking how it has been , he has consistanly been hitting 145 on the TL not sure were his voltage is but he claims they give full power on 13 volts

i am using a 2006 350z i use a single 12" set up either 1 each TRF2212 1 each FI BTL 1 each TC 3000 1 each RF T2 i swap out GOD always but i run a 2007 T40001BD at 2 ohms , 1 ohm and .75 ohm i am using factory alt 120 amps , stinger 1000 under hood , stinger 680 in hatchback , 0 awg stinger , 300 amp anl fuse my stinger volt meter hooked at hatch battery on stingers 680 cell seems to read 14.2 volts under normal listening and 13.6- 13.8 on pounding so i am maintaing decent voltage with a T40001BD FYI though a wrangler 180 amp alt would be sweet

if you like i have a 2006 RF Power T20001 BD mint w remote bass knob and owners manual 1880 x1 @ 4 2220 x1 @ 2 2860 x 1 @ 1 switch amps keep 4 ohms it will sound good at 4 but as mentioned you can get another sub and drop the load you will need a new box though what box is that you buy or make ? LMK

the car audio stores are not going to be positive about any product that can be bought by the end user direct from the manufacturer he see's no way to turn a buck on an FI product , cause we can buy direct now the only way he can see $ is to sell you an accessory for it such as a box which he was stupid in the way he handled you , and he lost that $ as well if you would have walked into my shop , whatever feelings i have negative about FI i would have kept my mouth shut , and built the best box i can for the sub i have negative feelings about anyway when you get your box done roll back to his shop with a positive attitude and show him what the sub is capable of also let him look at the box he did not make for you cause he used his big mouth the wrong way

i have a T2 12" and i have a TRF 2212 12" and i have a 12" FI BTL i have run them all of a t40001bd all handle the power the T2 @ 2 ohms 3500 watts the TRF2212 at .75 about 5000 watts the FI BTL @ 1 ohm about 4700 watts just in sound alone the FI sounds better than the RF 's to me i also do installs with P2, P3 , T1 they all to me don't sound great to me , including the 2007 line , they do handle the power however but as mentioned above you can find subs that also handle the power and sound better for less money the entire line is made in China what Scott is doing in Nevada with FI subs at $400 or less per sub shipped for almost their enitre line , and customizing it to customers needs is kinda hard to beat

actually can't use external in my situation distance from port to inside of hatch is to close to externally port but i have 4" of space from bottom of ports to enclosure floor so if i leave 2" for space i can still extend ports by 2 " each at this time which will make tuning lower not sure how low but lower thanks for all your time
