yea but they recommend 500w for "optimum performance". didnt know how accurate that was cause the w7 is power hungry but that should be plenty i guess

first off is it better to stick w/ the same brand when dealin w/ amps for a system? i plan on purchasing the pioneer premier ts-c720prs comps powered by the zed audio gladius burr brown. i have a 10w7 (for testing purposes) and my friend says if i go w/ the gladius for comps i should get another zed for the sub. so now im thinkin bout doin two ppi art series amps thx in advance

ha yea yea. well b/w the seats measures over 16" and from the rear wall to the mounts for the center seat (removable i guess) is over 17". so how do i fig from that?

for the help man im def gonna need room for amps. also, when choosing a box size; should I go by manufacturer? im thinkin around 1.7 cu ft for the sub so how do i figure if thatll fit in my given space?

i wanna do a Crystal CMPx2 12 so hopefully itll fit ne1 else have a suggestion?

first off, thx to all who helped me. i believe ive reached a decision..for now. i have a 02 ram single cab and dont wanna sacrifice sq. therefore, i will remove my center seat in order to create more clearance and air flow to acommodate a Crystal CMPx2 12. my front stage will consist of Pioneer Premier TS-C720PRS comps powered by a Zed Audio Gladius Burr Brown amp. Questions: 1)does ne1 think that a 12 is too much for my application? cause my friend insists it is and 2 8's r best for sq but i dunno bout that. 2)has ne1 used ne of these products? 3)What do ya think of this combo? thx in advance

first off, thx to all for your prompt help. i measured behind the middle console, which is bolted down and at a slant. also, i measured behind the passenger seat, which is adjustable, at approx 2 ft of clearance when moved foward. middle console (approx) top: 13" middle: 16" bottom: 17" heres a link to give you an idea: http://www.dupontregistry.com/Celebritycar...C-9363FD33193B} i do like rainbow so ill look into those cause i havent heard nething bout em. what bout a Fi Q10 or crystal? I would consider a w6v2 but dont see the point since i have a w7 (which i got for a steal). is the biggest utopia an 8"?

thx not that much prlly not big nough for a 12 but i still have my JL Audio 10W7 which barely fits to give you an idea. but thats a big driver which is y i asked if i could do a 12. howev, i think i should focus on finding smaller drivers
