  1. I like mine.
  2. I wouldn't mind the NoVA area.
  3. You aren't going to bother me with that, especially not you and not in the way you asked. What drives me nuts are when people use that as a descriptor when they really just want SPL. The whole LSQ crowds comments make me puke. They really just want output and don't really care but they hear about the word SQ and put it in to try and sound educated. SQ by definition would not have ground pounding bass unless of course you have one hell of a midbass setup. The whole one hell of a midbass setup makes me drool. So no worries My problem is that I've never heard many live concerts or recordings, and don't have any experience with quality stereos. So I know what sounds good to me with regards to the front stage, I just don't know how to accurately judge the amount of bass in a SQ system.
  4. I suggest you meet halfway at my place in Maryland. Aaron is bringing the beer.
  5. Quiet in here this morning...
  6. Just having fun with him.
  7. Had 2 already today, leaving to cambridge now for another, and one more tomorrow. Good Luck!
  8. How are the interviews going?
  9. Thanks for the explanation, makes sense. In this case, given the added power from the SAE-1500D (vs the SAX-100.2), I think I'll go with a sealed enclosure for both.
  10. Can you share the design?
  11. Does it make more sense to have each driver in its own dedicated ported enclosure, or for them to share volume and port?
  12. Does anyone have a working design for dual RL-i8's in a ported enclosure? I'm clueless when it comes to designing ported boxes, and the calculators over at CS.com have me baffled (excuse the pun). I'm looking for flat SQ output but with a deeper range than sealed. I love the T-Box, but I'd like to compare against something that doesn't take up half of my cargo space. Thanks, -J.

  14. At least they have their priorities straight.
  15. SSA is going to take over the world... ... of Warcraft.
  16. LMAO! Thanks, I needed that. I particularly enjoyed the part about your t-shirt. Smart dog.
  17. Indeed. Personally, I think the coolest shirt would be a white-on-black with just the Fi logo/font. I would grab one, and I don't own anything Fi (yet).
  18. I love it. It has a very flat curve all the way down and makes tremendous output. And yet, it's just as musical and tight as I could want. I only wish I could have the same design in 1/2 the space.
  19. I don't yet, but I will. Need to grab another video with the gain at 50% (only 1/3 right now).
  20. Click the image below for the VIDEO!!! Enjoy.

  22. I have to run by the hospital this evening, so the video will probably have to wait yet another day.
