i dont follow your logic. your saying that my box ( a jack hammer) is the best place for an amp. im going to try something else, it sould work much better.. . maybe some VLM would help under the mounting surface.

got some work done filled the cracks with metel filler expoxy then i foamed the voids... then i cut a new peice of steel ,, then i body glued the steel in and then screwed it down.. and boom and new floor

thanks, but i can not mount it like the picuture as 1 my amp is alot bigger then a alpine and 2 thats the only way im getting cabin pressure now.. so if i block that off i might aswell go home... and i can not mount the amp inside the car is USACI trunk class

i need a double idler pulley set up ... i met a guy at finals that said he would sell me one of his... then backed out on me

so sunday i planed to take out the Zcons as i thought i messed one up at bass battles texas finals... so i pulled the amp to pull the box.. and when i pulled the box i noticed the side of the amp was lose!,.. infact 4 of the 6 screws were gone..... no good. so i pulled my box, .. pulled the subs.. and while inspecting the Zcons. i found no issues....... i removed the box 100% from the car to find the missing screws... and once i did i noticed the trunk floor is ripped and cracked from the bass. but i can fix that.. so i headed to lowes to get some supplies to repair my floor, and to the auto parts store to get some loctite, ill fix this !!! so i thought. as i went to put the screws back in.. i thought to my self... take off the back cover and check for any other issues that vibration may have caused... and then all hell broke lose.... all my RCA jacks were broken off the board, and just sitting on top of the board making contact only untill the bass moved them causing my bass to come in and out an bottom out and such.... damn i was sad.... so now im fucked.. i MUST get my amp off the box.. its not an option now.. so . 1 fix amp...... sent it off to DB-r today. 2 fix floor 3 move batteries 4 re wire everything 5 relocate amp 6 build amp rack i have to say...the Zcons are fucking boss... they took abuse like no other sub i have used i ran them hard as shit at .35 ohms on an NS-1 dirty dirty... the coils look fine i never blew one. no signs of harm, they got hot as expected i just want to say it again.... THESE ZCONS ARE FUCKING CHAMPS..... if i had room for a bigger box i would keep them... but i dont.

positive is NOTHING with out a negitave when it comes to DC. meaning.. you can remove the ground, and kill 100% of any danger of the + understand?

in her class we run with the seats down, so it normaly yeilds better results with sub and port forwerd, we may try sub back port back.. but for now, its in and shes getting used to it.
