  1. Yes, it's possible with a SINGLE dual 2 ohm speaker. In your case the installer, told you he wired it to two ohms, because that is the lowest ohm(resistants) you can go with both speakers being wired to each other.
  2. You can wire a SINGLE dual two ohm subwoofer to 1 ohms. If you have TWO 2 ohm subwoofers, then the lowest would be 2 ohms.
  3. If you get a DMM(Digital Multi. Meter) you can put the leads on it and figure out what ohms it is. If it's dual two ohms each coil should read around 1.7-1.8 ohms.
  4. A very good sub for the price, sound very nice. I think they blend well with music, from my experience with them.
  5. Dual two ohm subwoofers can be 1 or 4 ohms lowest being 1 ohm.

yea, aleast it fit though the trunk easily, my last box I had to tug and bend a few pieces of metal to fit.
  8. Awesome box, and very nice size.
  9. Hey, aleast it's not at D1 mayhem damn things is very very hard to sell.
  10. lol, how long have you been trying to sell it for?
  11. it's mainly just a subwoofer/midbass, I don't think they ever made a set. Supposed to be awesome little things.
  12. It's not that you couldn't get them, it's just that you'll have to find someone to make you a custom bracket. Also you need to see even if you could fit that many under the hood.
  13. I just want to know where I can find these people, paying you that much to make $250-300 a day.
  14. I just got, at work on my bosses computer, while she was behind me filling out paperwork.
  15. Nope, won't tear apart your car or windows. It takes a lot of trial and error, when doing SPL comp setups. I don't mean to be rude, but I suggest you start with something simplier. Just don't want you to spend all that money and be disappointed, when you don't automatically hit "156.8db-158.6db. It's pretty hard to just hit 150, I say start with a smaller system and build up your knowledge first.
  16. Awesome, I'm transfering to Tech in the fall. Hopefully I could meet the man too lol.
  17. Does it only do it around that volume so far?
  18. dangerous? your putting a big thing of wood that blocks your back windows. Lol it wouldn't be dangerous, I would say just have to drive like your driving a box trunk or 18 wheeler.
  19. This is how it was before he ripped it all out. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=352513
  20. My buddy did 3 1508's in his fusion, and they sounded pretty good. He had the port firing out the back deck, he made a custom back piece though.
  21. Just curious how did you do the, circles with the little openings in the sides. I understand the circles just, not how you did the outter opening so cleanly.
  22. My professor, tells everyone to leave if a certain amount of people don't answer her questions right. She has only done it once so far. She gets pissed and tells us to actaully read the chapter.
  23. Superbowl is going to suck.
