i believe there are a few box builders on caraudiojunkyard that may be cheaper but the quality will be there.

any sort of a review? im really interested in getting a couple of these but im worried about them not being as loud as i expect them to be....

i was planning on doing a couple 12's or 15's for my next setup. still undecided. may go with a pair of maw 15's if anything.

i really lol'd. it does. ive never had any problem with any shipping company (knocks on wood). i know ups is a pita to get claims from ,from what ive seen. fedex might be better. good luck with that. what was it going into?

still trying to make up my mind on those tc motors. i got 1kw @ 1 ohm to play with for now. iirc, i asked scott about reconing an 8" tc2+ , and he said he was only able to do em in 4 ohm svc. what about 15" in dual 4? and tc-7's? dual 4 15"?

yeh. i was probably going to jump on a couple of those tc9 motors theyre getting rid of. dont know whats the differance between the underhung/copper in gap vs the dual 1" slugs? im going to assume they would be good with 1000-1500wrms a piece...

Off topic , but what could you guys do with a tc-9 motor, anything 18"? 15"?

i had my tc-1000 8 (very similar to the rli8) in both .4cuft sealed and .8@36hz. loved em both.so i got another and theyre going in 1.8@32hz off a sae-1000d.

i could of sworn i registered here... oh well. anywho. thats my picture of the carbon mids before i sold em on ca.com. i still got the rest of the pics. sexy speakers. i wish i had a chance to listen to em...
