I'll try that too thanks! You can also pull out each ram stick individually if you have multiple, and see if that fixes the error. I ran the diagnostic and there weren't any errors. Would there be any point in pulling them since it passed? I believe it is two 2gb sticks so I could if it might still be an issue.

Hopefully one of you computer gurus can help me. Okay so I booted up an older laptop that I had some issues with, and it kept flashing the blue screen and shutting down. I reset it to factory settings, and it seemed better, but after a few hours it did it again. Any Ideas? I honestly don't know what additional info to put so let me know, and I'll provide it.
