Just because your amp is capable of delivering 500 watts does not mean it has to. If it were my choice I'd buy a single 4 ohm DCON and run your amp at 4 ohms, then when you decide to upgrade add another and wire them to two ohms. This is assuming that you have space which I don't know.

The type r is a good budget sub, but I would stay away from the re. If you want an awesome budget sub look at the SSA DCON.

My 14" asus is 768 and it's fine for me.

Sounds like a nice deal. Agreed If you truly want to upgrade I would port the second XCON, if you want to go with a second sealed it might not be worth it, it just depends on your goals. One can NEVER have too many XCON's

I don't want to spend anymore than 225-250. I'm going to take the step up to dslr soon so I don't think I'd want to spend anymore than that on a p and s right now. Just want something better than my s3 for the time being.

I wish I could help more. I like Sony for cheep P&S if you don't want to learn about photography. Usually look sexy and have some cool practical benefits. My first digital cam was a Sony 3.xx megapixel camera that I bough forever ago and it took better pictures than a lot of newer ones that I've used. I'll probably buy a Sony to replace this POS. Im selling my a55.. Probably doesn't match my budget/needs at the moment, thanks though!

All I can say is fuck Olympus. I bought a pretty decent point and shoot (for me at least) last Christmas and now it's a paper weight. They pretty much said that all they can do is fix it and they want 150 plus shipping even tough it's a known issue and it was purchased less than 12 months ago. I buy extended coverage on EVERYTHING and forgot to on it and of course it came back to bite me.

I probably don't have what you guys have available to you up there. It is hard to find a decent bakery or deli here, so my opinion is just that, my opinion. I'm sure that there are good places here but they are few and far between. I also feel that things on the east coast are much better too if that tells you anything.

Interesting. Paris is absolutely my favorite city in the world. So much to see and do and EAT I may feel different after going there. I just figured I wouldn't like all the American hating frenchies.Freedom fries god Damnit! Surprisingly I felt more of that in Italy than France. I also enjoyed my time in France more than Italy which I wasn't expecting. Generally speaking the food in Italy is horseshit unless you seriously pay for it. Garbage fast food is awesome in France.I thought I would be in salume heaven. The meats anywhere I had them in Europe were superior to almost anything I have had here, and the cheeses!
