Yeah they will be fine in that enclosure, with that power. Just set your gain and ssf properly. The SSD's are very good subs.

So the opening is 5" wide by how many inches tall?

A 5" round port?

The install is going to be more important than the sub.

If you don't plan on adding a second one get the D2. What options are you getting?

Give us the dimensions of the enclosure, including the port opening (the whole opening including where the wood is covering) and port length.

If I understand ports correctly, then the length also matters. In this case the port will be 36 to 37 inches long. Correct me if I am wrong. I'm just referring to port area.
