  6. The box I have right now is tuned to 40hz and I don't have money to make a new one. What we are saying is that it will perform very well on low power
  7. I'm running my two Icon 12's on 350w rms for the pair....still has decent output and sounds very good IMHO. Tuned @ 30hz

  9. I guess I'm not 100% but iv had cars over heat and know how they would usually do and smell and stuff. . And the gauge just goes all the way up in a split second and go back down the same way. So I wouldn't think a motor can heat that much and back down that quick. . And it has happened pretty much right when I start the car for the first time in a day but then sometimes it wont happen at all durring a day Then its not the thermostat either if it does it sometimes when you first start the car...I'm still leaning toward some faulty electronics

  11. My singer alt does that also...it jumps between 12.5-15.1vdc hot or cold doesnt matter. I think I may have a slipping belt issue not sure tho. Not externally regulated either...pcm controlled

  17. Also is the amp vented on the bottom? If so did you allow space between the amp and mounting surface for air flow?
