  1. Strapping the amps at 1ohm both amps would be seeing .5ohm a nice strain on current electrical. If you were to take this route
  2. Another order https://m.facebook.com/groups/1376966829261337?view=permalink&id=1528439247447427
  3. LMAO....love the link sir!!!
  4. I had two fuses between my two batteries, one at each in case something bad happened between to front and back. The two different batteries is fine, letting them charge some wouldn't hurt anything either. My second battery was grounded to chassis
  5. How high did it go?I saw a glimpse of 16v on my 80prs and it's not the most accurate. Voltage started getting very erratic also. Jumping between 11-15vdc at any given time.
  6. If everything stays well the next few days,I'm going to move forward with installing my other crescendo and 4Ch...fingers crossed
  7. Noticed my voltage spike a few days ago so I removed my voltage booster.Seems a lot more stable know, been few days without a protection issue. Here's a small flex video without the voltage booster.
  8. I didn't go back and read everything. What does the fluid color look like?
  9. See what they can do for you. http://www.nationsautoelectric.com/gmtriplet.html
  10. It made sense to me seeing how I didn't have an issue until installed the seat back yesterday
  11. After some Google research, amp touching metal is no good, can cause a protect issue. Hope this is the problem
  12. Definitely going to be found a ground run front to back. My meter only has peak hold. Removed my rear seat yasterday, check all my connections, played full tilt for almost an hour no issues. Think I found it,will post pictures
  13. Going to try a different HU this evening
  14. Did this yesterday sir,yes I definitely have a problem.
  15. was grounded at the strut tower with other amp, moved ground to rear deck. Both have been sanded down to bare metal, same issue with both locations.
  16. this is a different amp,my other one failed from this
  17. Title says it all. It might protect when I first turn the ignition on,sometimes low volume, sometimes full tilt. Mind blown about it. Readjusted the gains, checked my connections, checked voltage at the amp, lowest I seen it was 13.4 full tilt
  18. If money is tight,I'd look for a pull-a-part or u-pull it or salvage yard similar.parts can be had super cheap, got the tranny in my car for $130. Secondly my roommate's would be sporting a few pop knots
  19. What model pioneer? Some models have the option of turning the internal amp on/Off...no output if turned off
  20. It sounded good on the single amp, just needs more power IMO Could be the effects of me dropping cone area on the same power
