Trying to decide if I want to build another enclosure : I'm not sure if a rebuilt street box or wall will give me a significant gain for the money. I have a lot of other things I need & want to do to my truck.

Curious if you've messed with the distance from the rear doors & the box? if you have, what were your experiences? I've been told as little as 4" to 10" or 12".

I understand each persons point & they all have validity. In my opinion, it's your money to do with what you like. I will say though, GO SLOW!! All his equipment will go cheezy cheezy cheezy all the way home.....LOL!!! On a side note: I think a new enclosure will be built before attempting the 4th order wall. I'm curious to see what these subs are capable of with current power in a optimal enclosure. I need to start working on deadening & tend to the roof bracing. This could take awhile since this is my daily driver. Work is hitting with lots of OT & I gotta spend time with my kids so little time to work on my truck.
