Bit steep IMO. In particular on the headunit, unless there is something particularly difficult in a Maxima as normally it is a 20m job. well i really dont know what to ask. but i guess 500 will be good cuz im goin to be split it between those who help me so its not just me goin to be working on the car.

k so this is what im thinking of charging for me to install these -headunit-$75 -component system-$50 -sub box w/12" sub-$75 -2 amps w/custom amp rack-$50 -running all wiring-$75 -deading the doors and trunk and this will be by the hour- $30/hr for probably about 8 hours so the total for the install would be $565. so im goin to tell him $600. any comments?

How much money would you like, is the question? I'd look into what local shops are charging, and charge slightly under that. Friends are one thing, people I don't know pay. well i really dont wanna rape the guy. do u know a general price shops charge for those items? is there any site that i should look at that has prices cuz the places i have went dont list what it cost.

Mk had the idea of "My thought was to come up with a set price for headunit, speakers in the doors(mid and tweet) w/crossover, running all power wire to 2 amps + speaker wire, amp rack, sub box(for 1-12") sealed but charge like 30/hr for deadening (this is with two people doing it) because deadening and sealing is a bitch.... hands down " any thoughts? hDepends on the customer and how much of a pain he will be and how much of a learning experience it is for the two of you. its should be pretty pain less since i just did this install in my car. so i will know what im doin pretty much. and the guy just wants a figure and if he thinks its right or to much im sure we can work it out. sounds like a good guy with all the goods already he said, and he just doesnt have the time to install it himself. What u think about that situation sean? Up to you a bit. Depends on how much you like him and how much you want to gouge him. i got that question lol alright i posted my build log on my Max forum and a guy wants me to do and install for him. which will consist installing -headunit -speakers in the doors(mid and tweet) w/crossover -running all power wire to 2 amps + speaker wire -amp rack -sub box(for 1-12") sealed -and deading front doors and entire trunk how much should i charge for this

we have had hell with my moms 99' chevy venture(mini-van) a/c problems one after another and not to mention somethin messed up with the engine and it seazed up if i recall. and we got it replaced. and not to mention electrical problems that weren't vital to the car but went out and were sort of an inconvience. need less to say that car will be out of the family soon. and will be replaced with either a nissan or a toyota. Most likely a nissan. cuz my family now has a 02' frontier, 98' maxima(mine , 99' altima, and my bro is still driving around our 92' saturn that has over 300k! probably one of the best cars we have owned!

eh zip it mk just because u wanted to see them go 19-0. the final score was 17-14. the giants played great on both side but their defense did do incredible! and the pats defense didnt have an answer for the run. Pretty much the pats just got out played the whole game.

ok so i was on my way back to school and i took a ride on a rode sort of quick and i hear a lil pop and the silence and the headunit is still on. so i get to the parking lot pop the hood nothin wrong here. go to the trunk look at the amp and see the (-) wire was disconnected from the amp! that was a close one no fuses or nothin burnt! pheww...

Story time. I'm guessing it involves her inability to drive/park her SUV/van. I'm hoping she was hot, had 38DD's and you have pictures. Lets here the story!
