Under $200k is a scary place to be around here. The problem is, as long as there's a hint of proximity to the school they'll charge insane amounts for heaps...until someone razes it and builds something good on the land. Just seems like there hasn't been a lot of turnover on the old construction yet. Go 20-30min out from the campus and it's normal again... It isn't even possible here, hell that is less than my downpayment. dropping some serious change eh

I have a bigger vehicle than Dave right now If you want to stay in a hotel here, don't come during football season, that's about the only caveat with that... you don't have a vehicle.... you have a mexican transport vessel. LMAO we got alot of those vehicles down here in texas
