is it neccesary to upgrade my entire electrical system to run a 3000 watt amp in a cobalt? I have some people telling me I need to upgrade my alternator battery and every wire under the hood. i've ran more power than 3000 watts with a complete stock setup before with no problems. What do you guys think? I can understand the alt and battery upgrade that's a given...

I've always had stereo insurance but usually it's not somthing that's offered... it's like a few bux a month and they pay you receipt value and maybe take off 10% depreciation. Best couple of bux you can spend!

yea you get the tracking # when they process your order instead of when they ship it. It threw me off when I first got the tracking number I was going by the delivery date of Oct. 4th so I was thrilled I would be bumping around by this weekend but I happen to read the sticky on here explaining that the delivery date on your tracking # is not correct. I thought it might of shipped yesterday but according to my tracking # it hasn't left yet I'm getting ancy

well I'm a former 360 owner (till my house was robbed ) assuming today was your FIRST day online you aren't going to get ranked anytime soon. You have to take into account that the current ranked players have been playing since day one of the 360 online world so if you want to get ranked in whatever game it may be... you have to be good and you have to play many many many hours online. AS for Guitar Hero I've never played it so I can't tell you for sure but perhaps it's not online compatible. Not EVERY game is available online. If you can play online there should be a option in the main menu to connect online and play check the back of the game box and look for the "online play" box as an option. and while I'm talking xbox 360 may I suggest you try Rainbow 6 Vegas it's an EXCELLENT first person shooter game available online! Have fun!

I ordered my BTL last sunday and I know it's a busy time with finals and all coming up... does anyone know an idea of how long of a wait it is to get a sub to you? Just wondering...

well I can't tell you much specifically as I'm hoping my box plan works for my 12" BTL. but I did find www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp to be very helpful in my planning. I did add on some xmax which made the port size bigger after a few suggestions from other people on here. Based on what I've been recommended I'd say go with the biggest box size and make the port just a little larger than specs recommend but that's just my 2 cents

I was wondering if you could possibly give me plans for a ported box for 1 fully loaded BTL 12" dual 1ohm sub. Powered by an Earthquake PHD10000d 3000 watt amp. My trunk dimensions are 36"L x 36"W x 17"H. here is the plans I got off a website. How does this look?

Hmmm those box specs are kind of vague. Do you have a paticular cf size you would recommend? and as far as port size?

I ordered a BTL 12" fully loaded. I emailed fi sales but no response yet. Does anyone know what the box specs are for a BTL 12. I'm going to go get a custom box made but I need some info to give them. I'm running it with an Earthquake PHD10000D amp 3000rms. Thanks for any info
