Pretty much the same equipment I use other than the khaotic box. My recommendation is either disconnect the knob or block the damn light. I clipped the lead to the led. It does nothing but create a light show.

This may have been the final straw. 4 broken spokes on the basket. One of the foam squares fell off and this is the result. thankfully Q is awesome and is handling it above and beyond the call of duty!

In a sealed box you probably won't smell anything during break in. The box is supposed to be airtight. And you can't underpower a speaker.

Grab some quick specs when you get the truck and this will go much much faster and easier. Then again if you can download Torres box calculator or check out Stephan's site you could design it yourself and post it here to double check. Just a thought.
