I'm pretty chill, for the most part. There's a few things that will set me off like a frag grenade, though. Strangely lighter fluid is one of them.

And I don't let lighter fluid anywhere near my grills, Egg or otherwise.

Mmmm, chemically taste!! I haven't done that yet. Is it pretty horrible? I wasn't able to detect a chemically taste on the briskets and pork butt that I smoked, but I did nearly burn the whole damned bag of briquettes doing it.

Charcoal is just pre burnt wood so yes and yes
