My brain just remembered that we used to have a pulled pork recipe floating on the hop for the egg. I don't believe in ketchup on que so much so the 2nd does nothing for me. I learned this trick in college at a BBQ cook-off: most squeeze bottle are 12 oz., so all you have to do is put a heaping spoon (since most eating spoons are about a tablespoon) each of sugar and powdered chiles in the bottle and fill it full of vinegar. Never heard of putting hot sauce in there too, but it certainly wouldn't hurt. Wicked good on pizza, by the way. Especially on really really good pizza.
