  1. great, another song stuck in my head
  2. good lord no
  3. Yeah that's what I meant, private seller price can't type for shit today
  4. Are you really sure that will save you anything? Misspoke; not selling the E55, turning around and buying another car. Just selling the E55 and borrowing the truck for school commutes until sometime next year when I graduate. We've only sunk 11 into the E55, including the 6 I received from Nationwide for Silver; according to every used car pricing guide I can find online its worth 12 trade in, so we would just about break even
  5. Aaron this offer applies to you too
  6. killed myself on the treadmill, ate some lunch and thought it over, and I'm still liking the idea of selling the E55 and getting a boring commuter car
  7. more money than brains
  8. the ride is great; avoiding potholes, ruts and the like is a real bitch though
  9. fuck metal detectors!
  10. Yep, Merc's are ridiculous to keep running. BM'ers on the other hand aren't. The M5 was BY FAR the cheapest car to own I have ever had. And no rattles, leather was easy to take care of and with only 18's any road was fine. It also needed no work. Buying a car like that you really want to make sure you get it from a real owner and not some poser. I will also hand the keys to my AMG to the lease company when its done...unless of course I can sell it for more than the residual the E55 has 18's as well; unfortunately they're 245/40 F and 275/35 R its not a terribly hard decision though, (which usually means its the correct one) so no worries Unless they are WAY wider 35's never make sense IMO. Hell I think the 295/40's are too low profile that I have. A little more sidewall would be great. Yeah anything under 5" sidewall just seems like asking for trouble
  11. If you want it dem beats I can pay for your plane ticket to Houston

  13. How long have you had the car? how many miles are on it? Sucks that cars are so disposable now a days. Bought it around spring break of last year, and it was 9 years old then; less than 85 on the ticker
  14. Selling the E55 It's old, and rattly; it needs work, work that isn't covered under warranty and I'm terrified to tear into such a limited edition model, trying avoiding all but the most well paved streets is a major PITA, maintenance and fuel costs are more than I bargained for, keeping the leather properly cleaned conditioned is another PITA I would not miss In hindsight I was a fool to buy it in the first place, but such is youth
  15. Metrodomwned
  16. Chicken and dumplings; strange though since I was the only one eating it who got sick...
  17. Heard something on the news that Minnesota is projected to have a record breaking snowfall amount this season
  18. parking in your average urban parking lot/garage is far easier
  19. Definitely just food poisoning, thank god; I dunno if it was hard puking or the fact I threw up no less than a dozen times...figure 3-5 minutes per puking session that's 36 minutes to an hour of total puke time still gassy as hell; intestines started rumbling loud enough the dog started growling at me...cute
  20. so far I'm able to keep saltines, jello, and simple carbonated beverages down, so hopefully its just a bout of food poisoning and not a stomach bug
