  1. What will pay for those that do not have, or cannot afford insurance, or live under a bridge? We aren't giving away free insurance (other than the Medicaid and Medicare programs already in place); people will still have to buy into private insurance plans If the employer has to pay, or it's subsidised(which it is) then the employee and the buisness owner both pay. The business owner doesn't have to provide insurance unless he has 50 full time employees; I'm pretty sure a company that size can afford some sort of insurance plan for its employees Also, most the petroleum products in both your car and in your house, as well as the vast majority of the foods in your grocery store are federally subsidized, and have been for decades. I haven't heard a whimper from anyone about this other than environmental activists. edited for clarification damnit I need some sleep
