Is there any 4k content yet? I expect that it'll be another 5 years before it makes sense to go that route and by then it'll be the only choice. Hell there is still a shitload broadcast in SD atm. Netflix, YouTube, and Vimeo have 4k content. DirecTV and DishNetwork have 4k content, I think. 4k Blu-Rays should be available by Chirstmas. Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Sharp, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros., Netflix, DirecTV, Dolby and Technicolor just announced today the formation of a UHD Alliance to standardize the format/content.
