Back from dinner, and oh my GAWD it was good. Perfectly prepared Manhattan, fresh seafood gumbo, Texas raised Wagyu flank steak and short ribs (short ribs were probably the best piece of my meat I've ever had; fork tender, juicy, gelatinous, black and crispy on the outside. The "burnt end" piece tasted like beef candy), chocolate sampler dessert... Honestly one of the best meals of my life... 'scuse me while I pass out...
