About how much more than PA? I am trying to talk my wife into moveing out of PA. I believe we are paying 12.8-13.1/KWH compared to 4.5-5.2/kwh in the surrounding states. the more juice your state uses the higher your rates are...states like Texas (and apparently Maryland) usually have twice the rate of states like, say, Ohio, Minnesota, etc.
