It's a coarse thread machine screw. #10 screw, 24 threads per inch. More common is the 10-32 which is fine thread. It's just like any other screw/bolt. You have the size, then thread pitch. Most 1/4" bolts are 1/4-20, 5/16s are 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13, you get the picture. Ahhhhhhh..... almost all the screws and bolts I've ever used only list diameter, length and either "coarse thread" or "fine thread"...
