  3. Alrighty I'm turning in for the night, Happy St. Patty's day to you all. You can bet your ass I'll be drinkin tomorrow (I've been off the Vicodin for over ten days now, I'm almost positive its OK to drink now, although getting completely sloshed while still having a broken leg would not be )
  4. although I am still a firm believer in the front split bench seat damnit *shakes fist*
  5. Reeeeeally? That's good to hear...scratch that...great to hear...sucks that there are so few RWD/AWD cars available. I don't mind driving a truck the least bit; if it comes down to some shit ass FWD compact/midsize or truck (and it might very well turn out that way) then the choice is obvious. I'd just rather have room for people...and stuff...
  6. especially in redneck-ville usa, good luck finding someone who knows how to fix it properly
  7. maaaaaaaybe 22, tops hehe

  10. I was considering putting the little Mercedes car on the list...C Class I think they're called?...but I've heard they've got "mechanical issues" or something
  11. Good to see we're on the same page *adds Audi A4 Quattro to the list* next to the classic Caddy's I've always thought the first gen Audi A4's and the E46 3 series' were the sharpest looking luxury cars on the road...
  12. To be even more fair, I think my bias of FF comes from driving my sister's Corolla...although the Taurus was an absolute tank so dunno...my hands are always tired after driving the Corolla any appreciable distance, like I'd been working with post hole digger for a whole day...very "buzzy"
  13. <--- complete German car noob :fyi:
  14. Although, to be fair, a lot of different models on sale from different manufacturers in the US offer "AWD", even though most of them operate in FF mode 90% of the time...
  15. slow connection ftl
  16. Thought all A/B/C/D platform Audi's/Volkswagen's were FF? awd is not fwd in my book yeah

  21. Sat down and made a list of vehicles to check out. I'm starting out my list with only a few criteria: available in the US, not FWD, no gigantor SUVs, no Vans, and <20 years old. So far (stuff in parentheses indicates personal preference): BMW 3 Series (1999-2005) BMW 5 Series (1996-2003) Cadillac CTS Cadillac STS Chevrolet 1500/2500/3500 (Regular Cab) Chevrolet Blazer Chevrolet Caprice Chevrolet Colorado Chevrolet S-10 Chevrolet Tracker Chrysler 300 Dodge Charger Dodge Dakota Dodge Nitro Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 (Regular Cab) Ford Crown Victoria (1998
