Reeeeeally? That's good to hear...scratch that...great to hear...sucks that there are so few RWD/AWD cars available. I don't mind driving a truck the least bit; if it comes down to some shit ass FWD compact/midsize or truck (and it might very well turn out that way) then the choice is obvious. I'd just rather have room for people...and stuff...- Welcome to the IHoP

Good to see we're on the same page *adds Audi A4 Quattro to the list* next to the classic Caddy's I've always thought the first gen Audi A4's and the E46 3 series' were the sharpest looking luxury cars on the road...- Welcome to the IHoP
To be even more fair, I think my bias of FF comes from driving my sister's Corolla...although the Taurus was an absolute tank so dunno...my hands are always tired after driving the Corolla any appreciable distance, like I'd been working with post hole digger for a whole day...very "buzzy"- Welcome to the IHoP
<--- complete German car noob :fyi:- Welcome to the IHoP
Although, to be fair, a lot of different models on sale from different manufacturers in the US offer "AWD", even though most of them operate in FF mode 90% of the time...- Welcome to the IHoP

Sat down and made a list of vehicles to check out. I'm starting out my list with only a few criteria: available in the US, not FWD, no gigantor SUVs, no Vans, and <20 years old. So far (stuff in parentheses indicates personal preference): BMW 3 Series (1999-2005) BMW 5 Series (1996-2003) Cadillac CTS Cadillac STS Chevrolet 1500/2500/3500 (Regular Cab) Chevrolet Blazer Chevrolet Caprice Chevrolet Colorado Chevrolet S-10 Chevrolet Tracker Chrysler 300 Dodge Charger Dodge Dakota Dodge Nitro Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 (Regular Cab) Ford Crown Victoria (1998- Welcome to the IHoP
