    I just wanted to call and talk to someone about the eta and if they actually received my payment. Because on my order status it says "awaiting fulfilment".

    I placed an order for a mayhem 12 and I have been trying to call for the past two days. I have not gotten a response through email or call, is there certain days where customer service is open?
