90% of my shirts have blue in them, so a copper/yellow/goldish tie sets it off. Then I slap on some braces to complement the outfit and I'm good to go. Funny enough, I was up for a "best dressed" award in my company. This other fella won and left me in second place. He ALWAYS wears a suit, and right now a whole closet full of suits is too much investment when my body is changing so fast.

I get the most compliments on a similar tie. The one I have is not as wide, and makes small knots. With most regular ties I'm stuck doing a simple knot. The fabric is so thin, and narrow though and then the knot looks small and silly for someone with my frame. I wear it with sweaters and pop a meaty Windsor on it though. Then I'm stunting like a baws. Those Zegna Quindici ties not only look fly, they make a better knot. With thin material and narrow ties I look like a Neanderthal.

Awe yisssss. One of the guys I interviewed is looking to possibly come on board. It's a huge "step back" for the guy and I could tell in the interview he might have been losing interest. So I told him my story and talked about our culture. If he jumps aboard it will be a great thing. He has massive potential.
