I've been on a nearly all liquid diet but this weekend I just gave up. Too much pain. 3 days with only 4 cups of juice on day 3. Finally got some solids dow. But boy oh boy is it making a racket in the belly.

Celery beets and carrots and one apple. I put in too much turmeric and ginger. This time less of everything but the beats, apple, and carrot. Much better flavor. I need some greens to throw in too. I dont have to worry about it being baby greens so now I'm really interested in some form of aquaponics or maybe some other consistent grow source. Like weed but for kale. :-D

And I really gotta work on juice recipes. Today's first test was not great as far as flavor, but I am vascular AF though. Holy potassium and nitrates batman.

Hopefully I'll have a CT scan this next week. If integrity is there, then it will be a colonoscopy in 2 weeks. If there is some active bad stuff going on we will do some treatment and go from there.

I just try my best to be thankful. My life should be worse by the numbers, but I've had some real luck and hard work to prevent it from being terrible. If I don't remember to keep thankful life gets worse. I know that's a fact.

Life is hard and I neither deserve nor am owed any gentle treatment. Statistically I should be dead or on meth so I'm beating the odds. Happy I have a place to let it out. Wish i was spending time improving things around me instead of just dragging myself across the line.
