Welcome to the IHoP v.2
My testosterone is so low I was prescribed it in my 20's actually. Then androlgel version they preferred me to take was next to worthless so I just gave up on it for years.

I don't understand why these "fancy auger" systems are so expensive. Why cant I just attach a slightly different set up to a meat grinder(that I need to buy anyway) and have the worlds darkest juicer/nutbutter maker for next to nothing. Oh and it's almost indestructible. Wtf

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha I heart the fuck out of you. I would dump a half gallon of Tijuana high octane if I was in those circles still. I'm sure I could make a phone call. I will be looking for a mens health clinic soon actually. I'll give you one of the other more personal reasons I want to get really low body fat. Fat can and does accelerate testosterone conversion. I have really low testosterone and there is some anecdotal evidence that if you get to ~10% your males can help "reset" their hormones. Sooo when I said juicing.... I've been researching this. Roflmao.

I have much more accute serious problems that require number #1 focus. Losing this much muscle is hard but it should help the inflammation and pressure on my GI system. I think I will have to start juicing. Bleh.

I'm on the same path. That god I just got all new suits. My old skinny day suit almost has the belt loops touch. My chubby day suits may only have one more alteration left in them. Thankfully I don't pay a penny for alterations at the moment, and my shoulders and ribs have stated pretty close to the same. There is lots of hope that some day I will own a suit that has come down nearly 290 pounds.

I would argue that proper form in that movement would help rehab those knees but I'm not there to reinforce that behavior.

There should never be a time where the tradition dead lift is your go to way of lifting objects. If your interested in functional strength, get some natural or atlas stones.

I do rack pulls and bend my knees to just above a 90 degree bent and then hip thrust through. That plus lunges seem to be keeping my legs somewhat in shape. All the walking though puts strain on any gains. My outer quad is now really interesting.

I did not see this post. I didn't realise Robert had torn a bicep. My concern is only lower back. It's a really bad way to exercise the lower back at anything that is a "heavy" weight. No one is showing me what the deadlift helps with, other than some kind of real CNS type benefits. I'm just over it since I'm not going to compete at anything anytime soon. I would pretty much stop benching as my main chest exercise too if I had a little more agility. People just stick with what they know because there is tradition and we really use the big 3 as strength tests.

I gave up on heavy deadlifting years ago. Haven't pulled past 4XX in years and the results are better with less stress. I thought it was just my odd shape, but all the other lab rats I help don't even benefit from deadlifting as far as generic gainz

I'm glad what's his name recently came out saying not to do deadlift unless your training to do deadlift. I've all be cut them out completely and my back have grown much better, with less strain or injury. I think they still provide some CNS type benefits at moderate to light weight though.

Exactly the thankful mentality I'm trying to cultivate!

I cannot burst through 295 for rack pulls. At all. I'm barely yanking that off the ground too so I've mostly stopped. It suuuuuuuucks being this weak. I am glad I can still push some weight at all but it's moving with way more effort and I'm way more worn out doing less reps. Very humbling.

Right? I wore comfy stuff yesterday. Today I did roll up my sleeves per usual though. It's only 6 layers across the belly!

Thanks! Crohn's + diverticulitis is probably helping me but just decided to drop any and all fat no matter the loss of strength. As soon as I decided that I'm ok with that sacrifice, it all starts flying off. I hope I can be kind of strong again after I am thinner.

Suited like a fucking boss today. Purplish orchid and Robin's egg saville row style plaid. Double breasted vest. Double breasted jacket. Accent threads... accent felt... My suit today definitely has a british accent. I am the Kingsman.

They are all awesome! I was lucky enough to hear some 20.x. Mac SACD and 2 Mac monoblocks. The wife didn't walk right for a month.
