Welcome to the IHoP v.2
Without the high nutrient veg i'll eat too much other stuff to get the nutrients I need. Poop out a pant size ever morning though.

My only option is to be fatter, or at least try being thin for a while and see if it works vs drugs or surgery. Or just be in pain. I just turn every meal into a salad and it comes off. I still eat brownies and carbs too. Just less. Chinese leftovers? Wonderful on arugula and spinach with baby greens. Taco night? Taco salad night. More arugula, some baby kale was on sale, more greens and go ham.

Suits to me are like filters to Instagram THOTs and fake tits to strippers. ROI.

I wanted to wait until I found a pool or place to hike or ride and do it all through increased cardio. Instead I just turned up the deliberate walking and basically eat > a pound of greens or more a day with my evening meal. Had to reduce the weight or reps on some lifts, I'm pretty tired at only 1,300-2,500 calories a day, but I was able to replace a lot of daily routines with lunges and some stretching at night.

I'm in pain. It's a good motivator. My weight has only shifted about 20 pounds, but I moved 3 spots on the belt and had to buy a new one.

No. Just made a choice. I talked to a few endo people and my arthritis doc. There is some anecdotal evidence that really chubby guys who force their body fat into the 12-15% range can actually see some favorable changes in their testosterone. It's worth a shot. I've never had "low back pain" before. As I lose weight and stand up straighter my center of gravity changed and all of my belly pulls on my back now. It sucks. I've lost so much just to be in more pain. So I prioritize fat loss above everything. It's going well.

Been struggling lately..... not a big deal but life has been hard. Decided I didnt want to be fat anymore as I had a flare up from right after buying new suits a few weeks ago. Since my last post I've had to throw out a belt and my new suits already fit well. I had the pants cut a size smaller than I was and they already fit. I do have some pretty sincere problems now with clothes. The taper I have is now past "extreme slim fit" and they do not make that fit in my shoulder/chest size. I now have to pick a wider silhouette in a size down then have the measurements adjusted for the shoulders out and waist in. Pretty soon I will be completely priced out of any option other than nearly bespoke. FML But also... fuckin' 4 sizes in a week. God damn champion level weight loss.

Oooooooooh shit. I know what you can answer for me and make my life better instantly! Is there an espresso machine that can also just have boiling water on tap? I have always wanted a boiling water tap.... If that isn't a thing, it is time to finally buy a grinder and maybe espresso machine! Just grinding my own beans for the French press would be amazing to have that fresh grind every morning!

I haven't gotten to the looking used local. I want to sit on an XL enduro/allmountain type bike before I commit to that. You're 100% right about what I should want, but I also like what I like for whatever reason that I cannot articulate. I wouldnt keep getting on fatties and XC bikes if I wasn't trying to find one that made me happy. I would have spent some money by now if I just accepted that I like what I like.

The stumpjumper was best in XL or an L with a bit of extra stem. Worst for pedaling. Lol I'll look very slowly and keep my expectations low. Maybe it would be good to just snipe parts and hunt all over for something. Give myself a year to get it done?

The link is an aluminum stumpjumper.... I don't understand the "plastic" comment. Lol I'm so lost in the lingo.

You start building out front and rear E hubs for the fat bike? That kind of traction would be crazy!

E bikes are cool. I'm sold.

Damn riding mower is already having issues. I knew I should have gone with the X series and just saved up. Fucking D130 had some U bolt randomly dangling, and the transmission is making noise.

I really thought I would like a 29" too. My faves have all been the 27.5+ set ups.

You can add power to an existing frame???? I thought you had to be stuck going with their frames with built in power....

It would at least be cardio that has less impact than running.

100% agree with everything you have said Sean. If only you knew how many hardtails and fat bikes I've been on and continue to get on hoping that I would at least not hate it. After every ride, I just think to myself that I would rather have an over built road or cyclocross bike.

I rarely speed but the I still like the TTV8 even if I'm not using it but once a week on an onramp when I don't want to be behind a garbage truck or civic with a body kit that's falling off. Overkill is just enough.

Maybe they have been set up poorly, however the worst with bob have been the xc bikes. Not because the Bob is worse. I may be significantly slower on the longer travel but I feel better and pedaling feels like less of a chore to mash through and I find a better rythem. @///M5 How about a turn about of this. I don't care about the extra weight, and I enjoy the feeling XYZ bike. Regardless of it's travel I like how it pedals, I like how the suspension deals with me on the bike moving around, and I feel less vibrations without losing sensation of the ground under me. Other than it could cost more for shocks, what is the downside of further travel bikes if i like how they ride more?

Miss your fucking face bro. How's life and where you been?

That sounds like my personal estimation of how this works. The frame is really much less of the whole experience than the wheels, tires, suspension, and these new crazy gears.
