So.... Insurance requires a chest X-Ray and blood diagnostic for an Rx for enbrel. The blood test is more accurate from what I know, as I scheduled THOUSANDS working in HR. It's so "good" it shows false positives. It's just that sensitive. So even if this hyper sensitive test shows I'm clean, the chest x Ray must be done. Exposure to radiation(I'm not actually worried about that, but what about do NO harm). And an extra few hunnid bucks. The flip side.... If the blood test was wrong, I would probably be near death pretty fast after the enbrel injections started. Fucking A dunebuggy.

A whole visit to radiology (aka charge me to Fuck town on Ass rape train for one little chest snapshot) when they already are sending my blood out. Why would you sell your Mk if you have all that? Because the Town Car has spoiled me and I no longer want to drive it. I did wish the TC had the power, feel, and sound of the Mark, but . . . I like a nice quiet boat now.Then again, I am in desperate need of something to thrash on. You like the town car better? I suppose you can build the engine to have way more power in the TC, so, more fun.

I would be that a really tuned up mk8 would be the best car in the world for me. It fits Sean but wide enough for me, cheep to insure, comfy seats. Basically a Lincoln Riviera but with a V8 right?

I knew I was having a lot of pain because of the flare, that wasn't the actual flare, but neither the doctor or I thought it would do anything but take the edge off. I was more optimistic than he was, but this is awesome. Time to schedule another massage and start stretching.

This arthritis shit moved into my jaw, so I have been nibbling like a goldfish. Took my meds today and ate a salad and barely had any issue, then grabbed a bed frame for a guest who had been in early in the week and I realized I wasn't limping nearly at all and was able to move it across the floor to the desk for him. This is amazing. If this is just helping with the tendons, and sympathetic pain, how awesome will I be when I'm on the good shit? OMFG this is awesome.

Common with diabetics. They will run really really high and then have low blood sugar symptoms when they get to a healthy range.

Tramadol and Cyclobenaprine baby. No high pain relief(I hope) and muscle replacer to help my tendons heal from all the over compensation and poor ergonomics. Would have loved the hydrocodone the doc offered, but they don't help much with pain unless I take enough to be high as a kite.

My pain Rx is done. Sweet merciful wife is gonna get them. Early meeting this morning was tough. Normally I don't let my peers see me hurt, but I didn't try to tough this morning. I hope that the pain meds help with everything until I can get on my new mtg and a half priced super drugs.

Truth. I still buy some pre salted things... But it's rare. We have almost 0 premiced spices that I use. Wife has a few Italian or herbs de province that she likes. I do have some base curries that I fine tune.

I have always salted(or salt and pepper) first. Didn't know why. Sean do you wait for the salt to pull water out and dissolve? I had that happen with a fillet once. It was still good, but weird without the crispy salt.

LOTS of brown sugar for my pig butts. 1/3 inch or so. Then when I pull it and add some vinegar it's sauced already. The thick crust protects the meat.
