  1. Don't the Ego's and STI's fall apart? I am scared to buy one. Maybe I'm misguided.
  2. Ode to a yard bird, by Dem Beats Yard bird is one of my least fave meats...... That said, when roasted whole or spatchcocked, with the holy trinity and some tarragon or thyme and rosemary it is one of the best things in the world. The smell is so comforting. I always use garlic, because... I just do. I love cutting the breasts off after its rested, "here wife, your favorite", and then tearing into the carcass. Thighs are usually my first target, but sometimes I will smash a lolli pop first. Then the wings. But the best is what clings to the bones. That's the whole point. Neck is maybe my favorite, but it rarely cooks properly. Always over done. If it broils in its own juice I'm ok with it. Eating a chicken like that is one of the most simple joys in the world. With my 8" chef knife close by I can make little razor sharp cuts through the tendons that don't melt away and I lose almost no juice. And then the extra treat. Chilling it down and the next day making stock from roasting the bones with more herbs and another onion. The house is like heaven. My grandmother never made chickens that way or made stock, but it is one of the most comforting things in the world. Perhaps my aunt who I grew up with made them much more than I remember.... Either way, it's beyond pleasant.
  3. Jumbo shrimp exist. We will figure it out.

  8. What is snowcheck Sean?
  9. Sean, I hear those 2001 intrepid's are pretty hot. I might have a lead on one for you. Save you a few grand off your 30k price tag too!!!
  10. Out under 30k*
  11. Like I said. Get a 4.6 built up. Drop it in an edge and get some suspension done. Your out 30k and you could sell it as a track car.
  12. It will depreciate way more too.
  13. Late model supra is hard to find for $30k http://www.suprastore.com/19qusitosusi.html E46 M3 but I bet it's smaller than a supra.
  14. You missed the point, 2+2. I want something the kids can come in too, otherwise it is pointless. Long term I'll build something real. This is just an itch. Won't keep it, won't upgrade it much, just drive for a year or two until i have some time to do something.I didn't know the supra was a 2+2 actually. But yes I glazed it.
  15. 4.5 0-60 is pretty quick bro!
  16. Buy a built 4.6 Buy a GT drop top. Have a local monkey drop it in. Bet you could squeak out under 30? Hunt the corral. Best mustang advice Ryan gave me.
  17. Sean did you every test drive a GTR? Unrelated to what you are asking, but I'm curious as to thoughts.
  18. That will appreciate reguardless of miles.
  19. http://classiccars.com/listings/view/493350/1971-de-tomaso-pantera-for-sale-in-beverly-hills-california-90210 I bet you could make it amazing for another 10-15
  20. Supra? You would drive that? Weird. Why not build the pantera?
  21. It's in the driveway. I'll have to find a way to upload them! :-) I'm so happy to have a simple to and from car. The in-laws were afraid to offer it because they thought I would be offended. Makes me a little sad that they thought I would be. It takes so much weight off my shoulders it's amazeballs.
  22. If that is your car, it looks very clean and a nice catch. Almost as clean. And no shifty rims.
  23. Indeed. We went out to celebrate the first month after cutting some bills in 1/3. Lower payment and it will be paid off sooner.
