I commented for shock and awe to induce thought. When it comes to immune, inflammation, and "genetic" problems we have basically no clue.

You have a plethora of health issues. Not the least of them being an inflammation disorders in your GI. Who knows what causes it. If you're eating Amish birds, it might be better though.

Curry was awesome too. I have a few generic curry powders and I add a little extra toasted cumin and turmeric. I didn't saute the onions enough and the tomatoes sauteed a bit too long, but damn good.

I agree with your statement Q but heritage breed anything, aka less mass farmed food fastest better and has more nutrition in general. I only see chicken breasts as protein and nothing else. Not healthy, just protein filler.

I usually pay $3 a pound for breasts at Costco in the vac bag. Just sayin. But yes I agree, it isn't cheap or healthy.I won't eat ANY meat in a bag. PUKEHow do you buy any thing from Costco? Brisket, ribs, chicken, everything is cryovac

That is the sale price regularly..... Or regular price at Costco. Usually the best tasting and lowest cost. If I buy a whole rib roast I have paid as low as 3 bucks a pound on sale for choice, and once 8.99 for choice aged.

Good meal. Bartender, asked the whole staff to walk buy and find out what cologne I had on. She gave up and asked while we had coffee at the end of the meal. She was super awkward and cute. Place is owned by the granddaughter of James J Hill. Definitely good eats for the price for sure. Surprisingly good for something not in the downtownish area.
