I have a headache so bad it is migraine level... But it is tension related somehow. If this is a cluster headache, I'm going to freak. No meds are working and I feel awake. I have had a bunch of caffeine to help the headache, but not enough to keep me awake. If I'm getting cluster headaches again, I'm fucked.
